Panajiota Räsänen — Head of Operations, University teacher
Panajiota oversees all Student Compass activities and is responsible for its overall development and daily operations. She is the creator of the Student Compass program and model of digital mental wellbeing support, and continues to develop and refine its operational structure. Her work also includes training and supervising all SC's wellbeing coaches. She also serves as the main researcher for Student Compass, leading the design, implementation, evaluation, data analysis, and scientific reporting.

Digital Development and Implementation Team
Rikupekka Oksanen — IT Specialist, IT Team Coordinator
Rikupekka coordinates the technical side of Student Compass. He develops digital solutions, ensures everything works reliably, and keeps the team’s digital infrastructure up to date.

Erkka Heinilä — Systems Designer
Erkka is responsible for system design and coding. He builds and maintains the tools and digital structures behind Student Compass.
Miro Paananen — Application designer
Miro is responsible for designing and implementing the user interface of Student Compass. His focus is on UI and UX design, creating clear, visually appealing, and easy-to-use views that support a smooth user experience.

Leevi Sorri — Graphic Designer
Leevi handles visual design, including the website, logos, and printed materials.
Filmbutik Oy — Video production
The Student Compass video animations are produced in collaboration with Filmbutik Oy.
