How and when to respond?

Deal with one theme per week. Avoid skipping exercises and answering all or many of the task pages at once. You will receive more detailed instructions on what and when you can answer the tasks from your own coach.

  • You answer the exercise by "commenting" on each week's task page. At the end of the task page you will find an "Add comment" link to answer the questions asked in the exercise.
  • Please note that the text in the comment bars cannot be edited and will not be saved automatically. To avoid losing your answer, it may be a good idea to type it in a Microsoft Word file, for example, and copy your finished answer from there to your OK folder. This is also a precautionary measure in case of possible technical problems and is our way of ensuring that your answer does not get lost due to a technical problem.
  • If you want to follow your coach’s feedback via email, select "I want to be notified by email of new comments".
