What is the coach's final feedback and when can I get it?

Once you have gone through the Student Compass programme, completed the tasks and attended the final meeting, the coach will give you a final feedback on your progress during the programme. In writing your final feedback, your coach will take into account the discussions you have had in your meetings, your answers to the questionnaires about your wellbeing before and after the programme, and your answers to the tasks and the Weekly diary.

In the final feedback you will get information about possible changes in e.g. psychological flexibility, psychological, emotional, social well-being and mindfulness skills. In addition, you will receive suggestions and recommendations on how you can continue to promote these skills that you have been able to practise during the Student Compass programme.

You will receive the final feedback from the coach 1-4 weeks after the end of the support programme. The coach will contact you by email when the final feedback is ready.

Please note that we will only provide final feedback if you have completed at least 80% of the Student Compass programme and answered the questionnaires about your wellbeing.
